Description and Benefits

The DPS IntelliPacks include a sturdy steel case and the customer’s choice of powder coating color and railroad identity stamped on the lid. The lids last much longer than aluminum lids and the latch holes are more resistant to bending. The IntelliPacks feature an advanced electronics module.

• Advanced Electronics Module provides EOT charge unit data directly related to the charge remaining in the batteries.
• The microprocessor reads the voltage of the batteries and converts the voltage level to charge unit data for the EOT.
• Provides a gauge of remaining service time based on the actual state of charge of the batteries which is far superior to basing the charge units on time alone.

The DPS Ultrapack includes the same sturdy steel case design and lids as the IntelliPacks. The UltraPack contains Cyclone Hawker Cells that arefar superior to standard SLA batteries. The UltraPack is extremely vibration resistant, can withstand severecold temperatures and recharges faster.
